Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: February 24, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the AUP) applies to certain uses of the Services, particularly the AI Features and describes the intended use, user responsibilities, and prohibited behaviors relating to such uses. Vectary may update this AUP as necessary.

1. Intended Purpose of AI Features

The AI Features are designed solely for visualization, ideation, and concept development. They are not designed, validated, or certified for precision engineering, safety-critical, medical, biometric, or other regulated uses, or for applications requiring guaranteed accuracy, reliability, or compliance with technical or manufacturing standards.

2. Prohibited Uses of AI Features

You may not use the AI Features for illegal, prohibited, high-risk, or regulated purposes, including:

 • Enabling surveillance, tracking, monitoring, profiling, or behavioral analysis of individuals, groups, or environments

 • Performing biometric identification, facial or body recognition, identity reconstruction, or creating realistic models intended to identify or impersonate real persons

 • Using the AI Features to exploit vulnerabilities of individuals or groups

 • Engaging in unlawful activities, deception, harassment, or violation of intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights

 • Using AI generated outputs in safety-critical systems, regulated industries, or any context where inaccuracies could result in physical harm, safety failure, or material risk

3. Responsible Use

You must ensure that any data, content, or materials you submit or otherwise make available through the Services and the AI Features are lawful, authorized, and do not violate confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of third parties. You must not submit to the AI Features any personally identifiable information about yourself or any third party, or any confidential or proprietary information.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for some uses. They must not be relied upon for precision, safety-critical, or regulated purposes, and you must not misrepresent them as real, measured, certified, or technically validated.

You must not use AI-generated outputs in engineering, manufacturing, medical, simulation, safety-critical, or other contexts where inaccuracies could result in physical, financial, safety, or regulatory harm without appropriate independent validation and human review, and you remain responsible for such validation before any real-world use.

If AI-generated content could reasonably be mistaken for real or non-AI content, you must clearly disclose to relevant viewers or recipients that it was generated using artificial intelligence, for example through labeling, caption, metadata, or other reasonably clear means. This obligation does not apply where the content and its context make the use of artificial intelligence reasonably clear to the intended audience, such as in product, architectural, or design visualizations where no realistic risk of misunderstanding exists.

AI-generated outputs may include metadata, markers, or other indicators identifying them as AI-generated. Where such indicators are present, you must not intentionally remove, obscure, or alter them.

4. Compliance

Violation of this AUP may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access to the Services. Vectary may take action as appropriate to address misuse or to comply with safety, legal, or regulatory requirements. Additional enforcement and contractual provisions are set out in the Terms of Service.
